Frequently asked questions

What's included in the free plan?
Sign in with GitHub for on-demand monitored runs, saved sites, recurring schedules, organization members, 30-day run history, same-site deploy diffs, and the trends dashboard. Paid plans add CI/CD API keys, projects, cross-environment compare (Dev / Test / Prod), and higher concurrency (3 parallel crawls)—not extended run history. See the Plans and limits guide for the full feature matrix.
How does the free trial work?
Your API key is active immediately. No payment is taken for 30 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
What happens when my key expires?
API calls using an expired key return 401 Unauthorized immediately. Renew your subscription to get a new active key. Your free-plan dashboard, history, and schedules keep working either way. See the API keys lifecycle guide.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When signed in with an active paid plan, use Manage subscription above or Manage billing on Developers → API keys to open the Stripe billing portal. Your key stays active until the end of the paid period—then your account drops back to the free plan. See Plans and limits — subscription cancel for what keeps working.
Can my team share one account?
No need—invite colleagues by GitHub username on the free or paid plan. Everyone shares run history and (on paid) CI keys under one organization, with Owner, Member, and Viewer roles. There is no per-seat fee. See Organizations and teams.
What can I do with an API key?
Trigger monitored runs from CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or any script using the x-ci-api-key header. See the CI and GitHub Actions setup guide for secrets, workflows, and fail_mode.
